Climate Control Storage Plus, LLC has been a locally owned and operated facility since 1993. We strive to provide our tenants with superior customer service, easy access, and a safe and secure environment.

General Information
Do not store flammables, fuels, ammunition, paint, explosives, animals, perishables or any illegal substances. All other items will be stored at your own risk.

There is NO SMOKING or USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES on premises.

Strategic security cameras are located throughout our facility for the protection of you and your valuables.

For the protection of your stored goods, our areas are regularly treated for pests.

Elevators and carts are provided as a courtesy to our customers. Please return carts to designated areas when you are finished or you will be assessed a retrieval fee of $15.

Rent is due monthly on your anniversary date. Ask about our convenient auto-debit payment plan, or you may pay by cash or check. Failure to pay within 10 days of your due date will result in a late fee and you will be denied entry to storage facility. After an extended delinquency, tenant will be charged a disposal fee, be subject to a lien, and items will be sold or disposed of.

Storage access hours are 6AM-9PM, 7 days a week.
